No delivery/no feedback/POOR and PATHETIC service

I applied for a consolidation loan through my bank (standard bank) on the 20/06/2013 and up to today 22/08/2013 i have got not one call back or follow up on my application, the turnaround time according to the bank is up to 15 working days, its currently 45 working days and NO FEEDBACK, as the client i called almost everyday to follow up (which is not my duty) and all i got was its still processing or in a QUEUE!!! this is so PATHETIC and UNPROFESSIONAL for such a big corporate company, a company i had full trust in, hence me choosing them to bank with... i would really like to get feedback on my application because its been to long now, i have been waiting patiently as a client and would really not like to be disappointed anymore by standard bank after the long wait already. i thought standard banks slogan was MOVING FORWARD but yet i'm MOVING NOWHERE with this application!
