Unable to meet their service level agreements

I have been banking with StandardBank since 2005. I applied for consolidation on the 07 August 2013. Their turnaround time is 15 working days however I have not received a resolution to date. I have followed up before on these days:27/08/2013-I was told that 15 working days has not yet passed so I must wait06/09/2013-I was told that although 15 working days has passed, they are experiencing high volumes & they cannot give me a time line for resolution25/09/2013-I was told my application is still with the capturing department so it has not been allocated to a manager. They are still busy with July applications&I will have to wait for another month. Nobody said anything when I applied and continued to mislead me into thinking I would have an answer within 15 working days. I have had to go through two month ends already in limbo&I am sure StandardBank will be one of the first creditors that will report on my credit record as a slow payerThis is bad service &livelihood that has just been put on hold & at the end of the day, they could turn around &say the consolidation has not been successfulThis has left a very bitter taste in my mouth & when I see StandardBank ads, I just want to puke
