I applied for a contract on monday, i was told i would be notified of the outcome on the next business day.
it is thursday now & the end of business day and i still haven`t receive any feedback.

You need to be accurate in telling a customer about the turnaround time. (Cellc was much faster, they dealt with my application within one business day even though i applied with a passport work permit).

Please speed up the process or be accurate in telling a client about the turnaround time or provide feedback as to why it is taking this long!
