I put through a claim for my late cousin, today and faxed all the required documents to the above company, And the confirmed the receipt of the fax, they told me the claim will takes twenty four hours to
process payment. But to my shock, i was told to post the documents to their branch which is in East London.i
can't understand why do we have to go through so much while my cousin is lying in a motuary since he died
last sunday.my cousin 's id number is 7508205975084.

please help. we are so desperate.
