My company staff are on the ABSA provident fund. Their contracts of employment are being terminated and theyre going onto sub contract agreements. Having said this, they requested company to cash out their savings and cancel. I would urgently like to know if just 3 of the 9 members can cash-out?
2 weeks ago I emailed the request to [Email Removed] as well as: Mccabe, Rosalind:&: Berrange, Jan & 'Cockrell, Rene & Alli, Zamira.
After a very basic and open ended reply from Zamira I have emailed the lot of them asking somebody to contact me as I cannot reach them on the numbers listed on the policy documents.
My deadline to finalise on the instructions is Friday 30th August and as yet nobody has bothered to be in touch with me as per all my email requests to them all.
Surely there is SOMEBODY in this department who is efficient??
