NO JOY PATHETIC SERVICE

MY CAR WAS THE PERSON ASSIGNEED FOR THE MATTER IS STEPHEN MARIAS, BUT NO JOY, TWO MONTHS AGO HE REQUESTED THE NECESSARY DOC'S TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SAPS, WHICH HAS BEEN SENT THROUGH TO HIM. AFTER TWO MONTHS I RECEIVED A CALL FROM STEPHEN MARAIS, REQUESTING COPY OF ID AND VEHICLE DOCUMENTATION WHICH HAS BEEN SENT THROUGH TO HIM, HE CALLED ON THURSDAY TO INFORM ME THAT HE STILL NEEDS TO WRITE A LETTER TO SAPS, IN THE MEANTIME THE TIME FRAME IS 6 MONTHS, WHAT MORE IS NEEDED FOR THEM TO REPUDITATE A CLAIM IF THEY THEY THEMSELVES CANNOT HANDLE A MATTER IN TIME. THE OTHER MATTER IS UNFAIR RETRENCHMENT FROM EARLY BIRD SERVICES / MASTERCARE APPLIANCES WHO CLAIMS THAT THEY UNDER BUSSINES RESCUE SINCE 01/07/2012 WE ARE ALMOST NOW IN SEPT 2013 AND STILL THE COMPANY CLAIM THAT THEY ARE UNDER BUSSINESS RESCUE, AND JUST NOTHING HAPPEN TO BOTH MY MATTERS HANDLED BY CLIENTELE LEGAL, THIS IS FRUSTRATING AS I AM UNEMPLOYED AND MY MOTHER WHOM IS A PENSIONE ASSIST ME BY PAYING BOTH MY LEGAL AND LIFE POLICY WITH THE INSTITUTION, AND NOTHING HAPPENS. MY POLICY IS ALSO OLD AND STILL TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CASH BACK AS BEEN ADVERTISED, THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICES. PLEASE ASSIST???
