Its a crying shame with ABSA bad customer feedback, Ive emailed the [Email Removed] Private Security Officer's fund 5 times already requesting info on my fund status and a New beneficiary Form Required to be emailed to me over the last 3 weeks and have phoned the office number in Johannesburg 7 times, every time I get put through to another department and they do know what the freck they are talking about, this is so typical of ABSA, they. They might be the best bank to work for, but their customer services big time. Please can some who knows what they are doing to please contact me ASAP.
