Total Maladministration and Miscommunication

I was involved in a hit and run accident. I followed the proper claim procedure by contacting outsurance and lodging a claim. I was advised that the car needs to be towed for assessment. They sent the wrong tow truck the first time, which I distinctively told them to send a smaller one as my driveway is very narrow. Eventually a few days later they called and I had to tell them again to send to correct tow truck. In all of this time whilst waiting I was left without transport as my car sufffered mechanical and cosmetic damages. I waiting for the assessment which took another week, the damages exceeded the excess amount so I decided not to claim. I was not informed of the excess amount when I signed up for the policy initially..R3200! They gave me a hired car which I signed to return on the 26th Jan. On the 22nd Jan I get a call from this lady on the day telling me to return the car on the day! When the car got towed back to me all the parts which were slightly damaged but intact were all removed!!! I have had to get this done at my own expense. Can they not wait 4 more days with the rental car, it is their fault that I am waiting to fix their damages. Seriously thinking of cancel
