I purchased something online from the UK on the 13th of August, the order was cancelled because of security reasons, so the online company cancelled my order and told me that my money is will be reversed automatically by my bank. Well guess what... still struggling with FNB, still not reversed.
Now I am in the UK and already spent 40 pounds on phone calls to sort this and still no luck. This is just unacceptable! You slogan reads "how can we help you", well no one actually are willing to help me... and the best of all this is not the first time I struggle with money that needs to be reversed, previous time, about 2 years ago, went on the MSC Sinfonia and also struggled to get my money reversed that was reserved by MSC. We would think that after 2 years they would have improved.
I am on a 2 year working visa in the UK and once back in SA will most definitely move to another bank.
Funny thing, the shop here says your bank will pickup that we have cancelled the order and automatically be reversed, must call her back I tell her that she didn't get that we are dealing with FNB...
