My current account at Ned bank was debited by an unauthorised debit order, when I noticed this debit order I did my own investigations and found out that it was some road assist company. I wanted to know how possible that they took my money without my permission, they were unable to answer my questions instead they returned all the money they have been debiting. I approached the bank and I was told that Ned bank does not have control of who take the money in my account and the person I was dealing with from Ned bank told me if I want I can approach bank ombudsman, she was very rude. this is my second complaint about this bank and believe me they just don't care.
