I have reported FNB previously where a double debit was due, due to a technical error and the matter was only resolved after sending a complaint via hello Peter and due to their mistakes I incurred so many bank fees due to debit orders I could not honour due to insufficient funds.
Friday 25 October 2013, when I checked my bank account, FNB deducted another unauthorised amount of R 3, 393.87 from my bank account. I spoke to Trevor Choram and said to him I need my money back into my account account immediately, to this minute, I am still waiting for a response. They take money from your bank account then they cant explain it and dont care about the consequences. He promised me the last time that only the payment I agreed too will go off my account, and so much for his word.
I need my debit order to be cancelled with immediate effect, because I would rather walk to the bank and pay the money in directly then to go thru this pain every month and my money needs to be in my bank today.
