Cannot Cancel Tablet Orde

I am trying to cancel a Tablet order with cancellation reference RJ13042621815. I am told this order is cancelled, however when I try and order a different device through the iStore on the FNB deal I am unable to as I 'already have a device'. So now my order is not cancelled and I do not have the product.

I am looking for FNB to completely cancel my tablet order so that I may proceed with a new deal through the iStore.
