Outsurance do not update claim requests

My car was scratched this year a few months ago and I placed a claim for repairs with Outsurance. I dealt with Innocentia Ndou. I live in Randpark Ridge yet was allocated a panel beater in Joburg central (about 30kms away). She advised that there were no other panel beaters nearby. I accepted this yet found it odd to not have providers in Randburg. I called the numbers I was given yet no one answered. When someone did answer at the panel beater, they asked that I call back later. This has been going on for about 2 months. Last week, I tried again and no one answered. The cell number was answered by a woman who said that she did not work there anymore. I was very concerned that if this was the service I was getting prior to getting my car booked. How would it go if I book my car in? Would I get it back? A valid concern. On 26 Aug I spoke to Zakiwe (I think this is how it is pronounced). He advised there were providers in Randburg and that he would update my claim request to be re-allocated to a new panel beater. Someone would call me and update me. As yet, nothing has happened. I need to fix my car. I need a provider in Randburg. I pay premiums for what?
