Outsurance referred us to Hi-Speed panel beaters to get repairs done on my husbands vehicle. The panel beater they referred us to took 6 weeks to complete a job they told us will only take 5 days. Today I phoned Outsurance for the third time to complain about Hi-Speed panel beaters as they have not yet responded to my previous two complaints.
Again today I was told that Outsurance will contact the panel beater / assessor to find out what was going on. As I still haven't received a response to my first two complaints I doubt that they will do anything about this service provider they refer their clients to.
