Outsurance Does Not Bend Over Backwards

Tebogo Seiso, my claim advisor failed to call me after my car inspection. He did not inform me that I had to call Outsurance the day before taking my car to the panel beater to make arrangements for the rental car. On 18 Feb 2013 at 9:00 I dropped my car off at the panel beater and to my unpleasant surprise Avis was not ready and waiting for me. Hours had gone by and Tebogo had given me false information and I was stranded with no transport. I informed Tebogo that my cell battery was dying and that he should contact me on the panel beater's landline. He never called there but did leave me 2 voicemails on my dead cellphone! At 12:30 my sister, who was in Alberton left work and fetched me from Randburg CBD. I reached home at 13:45. Up until today Tebogo Seiso neither called to check up on me nor did he commit to resolving a problem which he clearly created! Outsurance, Tebogo Seiso is an uncaring, uninterested and useless employee giving Outsurance a tarnished name. I always bragged about the exceptional service which I previously received from Outsurance until I dealt, or not so dealt with Tebogo Seiso. Outsurance definitely didn't bend over backwards for me!
