Mislead - availability of funds

We approached standard bank on the 12 Aug 2013 to enquiry about the possibility of using money from our home loan account (Access funds) forms were completed and submitted and we were informed that we have R120 000 available by one of the consultants (male African). my husband agreed to take the amount. After one week went passed my husband went back as we were told 5 working days. The consultant then told us that the forms were incomplete! no one contacted us about this but we completed. another week went passed again my husband goes in to the bank -now the forms are lost again no one bothered to call us in. that's week 2. in the meantime we are searching for the new car we planned to purchase with the R120000. only to be told after the 3rd week after I personally phoned the home loans division again had to contact the home loans that yes the money R121 000 is ready and linked to my husbands account. very happy we went ahead with our order for the vehicle. today 27 Aug 2013 after realising the account is not linked the bank said only R68 000 was available? why were we mislead I WANT A COPY OF THE TELEPHONIC TRANSCRIPS We lost the deal on the vehicle. not fair and I need answers
