On the 27/06/2013 i went to the ATM by Groblersdal branch (loan centre) to withdraw a R1000 on my account, atm slip showed the money went off but no cash came through, i then immidiately went into the branch to report the matter and given a form i filled, but no reference number was given to me. week on week from that day i kept following up and i am given stories about forms being sent to witbank, turn around time was 7 to 14 working days, it has passed and my funds are still not available. Standard bank has really inconvinieced me, i am very dissapointed in their service, no one can give proper explaination of whats going on, all i want is my money. i dont know what kind of spaza shop standard bank is running. i am send from pillar to post as if i owe the bank money. they keep telling me about change in forms and processes, i dont care about that, all i want is my money in the bank.
