Appalling service from FNB Home Loans

FNB Home Loans sent me sms notifying me that my Flexi Facility has been cancelled 'cause am selling my property, which I immediately contacted them to reinstate it 'cause the sale didn't go through. I was sent from one call centre to another and eventually was assisted by Bonganjalo Madonsela who sent me the forms to complete. I faxed and e-mailed them back to FNB. When I followed up on Friday, 22 March was told by a certain Vino that they didn't receive my forms and was actually supposed to be assisted by another department (lead management) and have to complete the "correct" forms. What frustrates me more is whenever you ask a question the answer "it's a standard procedure sir". I have paid extra funds into my home loan acc with a view that I can access these funds at my convenience but now I can't because this facility is taken away. Mr Michael Jordaan don't fooled the reality is your bank is definitely not the best in terms customer satisfaction. I am so frustrated and upset right now with your home loans division and m considering moving my current account to "beep bank". Extremely disgusted!
