9 days and no response to my claim

After have spoken to the consultant and submitted my claim forms. I have not heard a thing on how far is my claim to be processed. I have sent the consultant mails to find out how far is my claim as it is day 9 and I have not received my money. All that I was asking for was transparency on the process. I need the money urgently.
