In Jan2013 I was treated in a US hospital for asthma. I paid $1200 upfront and I submitted my claim on my return which was refunded. a few months later I received further bills for $1800 and $500 which I was told I needed to pay before I could claim. This took a few months to save and pay, and receive receipts from the hospital. I went into Discovery to speak to a consultant Eniccah Phahlane on 1 Oct who submitted my unpaid claim while I paid the claim (in case it got processed - which it wasn't) I sent her hospital receipts on 8 Nov of which she said she would submit and follow-up. On 26 Nov I had to follow-up as I heard nothing and she said she'd follow-up - still nothing. On the 6 Dec I followed up again she replied with my ref no. and said I should call the Call Centre on 17th. On 18th I spoke to a lovely gentlemen Reshane Mapoe who said my claim wasn't processed because of the bad quality. I resubmitted my documents AGAIN (ref#3136910962). Of course I still haven't heard anything 12 days later. So I will need to contact a very friendly Call Centre agent and start the process AGAIN which will no doubt lead to another dead-end. I NEED answers not another friendly Call Centre agent.
