Claim not paid out/ no assertive feedback

I contacted Evergreen admin to find out about the claiming process, thereafter I immediately submitted my claim.
I was advised by Vuyokazi Maqasho that it takes 7-10 working days to process once the claim has been recieved from the employer.
Myself and the employer submitted my claim to both the claims and admin department as well as directly to Vuyokazi.
I requested for ackowledgement of receiving my claim, i recieved no response.
Thereafter I sent numerous emails with a late response from Vuyokazi (admin) stating that there is a high volume of claims and it will be tended to shortly.
Note that Claims did not respond to me or my employer at all even though the policy is 72hours maximum for a response.
I then requested an estimated turn around time, to which I recieved no response.
I made contacted once again, Vuyokazi informed me that my claim has yet to be processed but will have it processed sooner.
I have recieved no response again.
I contacted both admin and claims to inform them of the situation and to have it escalated, once again I have recieved no response.
Turn around times need to be adhered to and the client needs to be informed. Please process my claim and contact me.
