ONEPLAN MEDICAL INSURANCE = TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Beginning of the month I wanted to cancel my policy. A consultant contacted me, promised better service& gave me his direct email, to deal with him in future when I need assistance. A week later I had a casualty. I emailed my invoices for claiming&used the "Self-Service"portal to load my claim. I kept on receiving sms's: "Unfortunately we were unable to process your claim, Policy suspended, your premiums are not up to date."I mailed the consultant to find out what is going on& why am I getting these sms's, because I am up to date. He informed me that my claim is being processed& I must ignore the sms's, on their records I am up to date. I went to the "Self-Service" portal, to make sure my claim is loaded, but received the same sms. It has been 2 weeks trying to sort out the claim, with no success& the consultant's emails doesn't work.
I receive mails :
"We have assigned your case in response to your request."
And: "According to our records, your request has been fulfilled & the case is now closed."
But nobody has even contacted me to solve the case! And they still deducted the premium for February, when premium is only scheduled to go off on the 28th!
