BAD SERVICE

I did register my claim on the 10th June, next day submitted my supported documentation. My claim number 771704. No one phones you back everyday I phone they just tell you the claim is n the process.
When you phoned me to take out this policy for incase I land up in Hospital you did not say its going to take 14 working days to finalize a claim!
Please sort out my claim I need this money for extra expenses like you sell this Policy to people.
