First Road Emergency Services - Missing Items

After being involved in an accident on the N3 highway and being inundated with First Road Emergency Services tow truck drivers I mistakenly entrusted them with my vehicle. Due to the circumstances not all items were removed which I think is understandable and although not valuable in monetary terms these items had sentimental value. Upon my vehicle arriving at the appointed panel beaters I enquired after my possessions only to be told they were no longer in the vehicle. I emailed [Email Removed] to investigate my missing possession and to date I have had no feedback. My expectation by entrusting First Road Emergency Services with my vehicle is that it would be kept safe including any items left in the vehicle. I am really disappointed in the fact that nobody has responded and that my vehicle was not safe when entrusted to First Road Emergency Services. It is sad to think that people feel entitled to another's possessions without any consideration to how the loss of those items would make the owner feel. My advice is if you have a choice DON'T entrust your vehicle to First Road Emergency Services because they cannot guarantee the safety and security of your possessions.
