I applied for a loan on the 20th August 2013 for an Emergency at home, and I was told at the branch that the turnaround time would be 24hours, today is the 22nd August and I have not heard from African Bank!!! What is the point of applying for an Emergency loan with AB If their payouts are still not processed on the 3rd day from the initial application date??? Pathetic Service really, It's frustrating!!!
