Ad service, bad attuide

I went to FNB southgate mall branch, did i rec the most disturbing service, i went to close my cheque account, and the consultant started shouting at me literally raisng hes voice and speaking to me like i was some sort of 5yr old and my IQ level below 2, all this because i started asking questions, i asked him he could not answer me on, he was refering to some booklet, and still couldnt answer me
, hes name if i can remeber THEMBALNI NKAMINDE,
this was one more reason for me to jst close it

disgusted

i demand a written apology for this
