From time to time checking my account and the charges. After sometime I realized how ridiculous the charges are and the amounts they are deducting from my account i.e R74, R65, R93 for wavering fees, then account fees R11 the otherger fees R12, 13, probable even R20 ununderstanble amounts. Saw a consultant, asked for bank statements, asked for explanations, none were given. On the other hand money was just being deducted from account. I was to change my account, they requires this and that but couldn't explain what the deducteducted amounts were for. Just like today R74, R12, R11 gone for varies reason. Had the account for about 12 years now, still counting. I'm so disappointed and disgusted in FNB. False services on an account with minimal usage. Their story is not straight. I'm now going to close the account and they are seeking documents before I close it. What is the point now? This is a bank not bank with. I saw more than enough before I even started to use them more regularly...
