I need my bamk charges to be reversed

Last year i closed my cheque account at the southgate branch, and i trusted all is well, but to my suprise, my account was never closed, i realised after receiving an sms last week form standard bank telling me Sars has deposited the amount of R645.10, and i am owing R1257.01, how come, i dont know? called 0860 123 107 spoke to Rosina who transferred me to credit rehabilitation, spoke to Simphiwe who refered me to the branch, assured me that i will be assisted, drove to the branch spoke to Varecia who tried her level best, but couldnt, we called diffrent departments, none of them managed to assist me, they say i must go to my holding branch which is Randburg, told them driving there wont help me, you just wanna get rid of me for now. i was disgusted by the shocking services i received, running from piller t post with a babey its not fair, they dont want to close my account, so the charges will keep on accumulating, and the next thing ill be listed . i need my money back, and the account to be closed as i requested last year. i moved banks now, m now with fnb, cant have two cheque accounts, in a polite manner, can i get assited please. pls train your consultants not to pass bucks..
