I received a letter in November '13 from Regent stating that my policy with them were cancelled due to an unpaid debit order in June '13. I mailed them querying this seeing that I had no unpaid debit orders.(I have 2 Regent policies). Bongani mail that according to them the policy was stopped due to non-payment. On 20/11/2013 I sent an email to Bongani with all my bank statements from June to Nov'13 with the dates and amount deducted for Regent highlighted. Up to now I haven't received any feedback regarding this and the 2 policies were again successfully deducted in Decembe
