This is ridiculous!!! Firstly when I joined Regent, they did not inform me that I am insured by Regent and not FSP. When they deducted my first instalment it indicated the debtor as FSP (I did not even know who FSP was). I then requested the bank to send back the debit order. The FSP informed me that my policy was cancelled. I the contacted them and I was placed back on on a agreed debit order of around R800. Then suddenly they deducted R1600 from my account this month and increased my premium by R400??? No one informed by that there would be an inception fee when I joined AGAIN! This is totally unacceptable and everyone should read this. I called the call centre and waited almost 30 minutes!!! What kind of service is this!!! I decided to drop the phone
