Hi
I have recieved a call this morning that my account is in legal department and is overdue with R300 and couple of rands which I dont unerstand because as i promised since I've stopped the debit order as I was not working and made a point that every month by the 25th i pay the account, I dont understand how it got to legal department. and how did I get to be overdue with that amount. I dont understand. This is really getting to me angry as i know I have never missed a payment.
How did my account be with legal and how did i get to have arrears?
