I WAS QUOTED BY GARY ON THE 28th OF THIS MONTH BUT THE FOLLOWING DAY AT 9H00 ON YHE 29tH I DECIDED TO CANCEL THIS POLICY BECAUSE I HAD A BETTER OPTION AND GARY PROMISED TO CANCEL THE POLICY. TO MY SUPRISE ON THE 1st OF NOVEMBER A DEBIT OF R1 227.86 CAME OFF MY ACCOUNT THAN I WAS SO SHOCKED BECAUSE I'M SUPPOSSED TO PAY FOR MY OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY. I DECIDED TO CALL REGENT AND TO MY SHOCK AGAIN THE LADY FROM CLAIMS SECTION WAS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME THAT I WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER 45 DAYS. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO NOW BECAUSE I HAVE SOME OTHER THINGS TO PAY FOR. IS IT FAIR TO WAIT FOR 45 DAYS FOR MY REFUND?
