Utterly disgusted with poor service

I just got back from the slowest servicing bank in sa... I got there around 12:45 wanting to make a payment to a botswana bank... the line grew longer as the minutes passed with only two tellers taking really long. one teller didn't even realise a customer forgot a whole packet of coins at her base. none the less, eventually an employee came and sent me upstairs to a bilkis... the door was closed, there was no one in the area so I knocked and opened the door as I was confused as to who to wait for... there was no reception or info desk there either unlike other banks... the lady then took a while longer while I waited with my tired hungry child... they cant even smile and acknowledge their wrong!!! the only lady that smiled was a black lady who in my anger still smiled and tried to assist but she couldn't... I was soo disgusted at these rotten services I just shouted and told them I do not want to even do my transaction with them! I left at around 13:30 I would've left way later had I stayed to do the transaction! I feel sick just thinking of it
