Hello Peter. It seems the only time I get some communication from Absa iDirect is when I write to you. Unfortunately my problem has not been resolved. This is in connection with an insurance claim that has not been paid out since 19 March 2013. My car was while at work on the 18th March in the parking lot. I was told Vikash Lazarus is the person to assist but he never responds to calls. The last time I wrote to you Pravesh Bejay who is a CEO & Exco Complaints Adjudicator responded (in July) and asked for my details which I gave to him but he never got back to me. I've tried emailing him but no response. I've called Wayne who is Vikash's manager and he told me Vikash will call me back. Vikash came to collect the car keys as well as spare keys over a month ago and nothing since. Please help Ntombenhle Sidaki (Namile Sidaki policy owner)
