This is my feedback to how well the Review Department at Budget Insurance handled my query.
What made this service outstanding was the fact that the person I spoke to, listened to my side and tried to aid me (within reason) to find a common ground. He constantly discussed my proposals with his supervisors to try and get the best option that will suit me.
Even though the outcome was not what I have wished, it was still favourable and beneficial. Explanations were plenty and to the point.
The cherry on top was the loyalty that was shown for long-time clients like myself, and how they DO appreciate us.
My wish is that all departments in this company can treat their clients with this attitude and I also wish that my next encounter with Budget Insurance will have such a positive outcome.
