Our company applied for a Wesbank Fleet Card on 5 September 10:23. After sending 8 emails, making 5 phone calls and receiving 4 confirmation mails that we will most DEFINITELY have our card within 48 hours, we received nothing whatsoever. I have contacted card division 4 times today, 3 phone calls and one email and have stressed that it is absolutely crucial to have this card, in fact, I offered to drive to Fairlands to fetch this card. Every person promised me that I have nothing to worry about. Now at 16:40, the last person I spoke to said that I must just sit at my office, I will have the card by close of business, but unfortunately they cannot trace the card at all. the card is somewhere and I might or might not get it today. This is shocking service for a company in the banking sector. I have to explain to my CEO why he doesn't have his card in time for a week long road trip. I will do everything in my power to not only end our association with Wesbank, but also, with FNB. Never promise a lie...
