Highly annoyed, Kempton Mud guard are recommended through Miway insurance, they have had Mr. Snyman (policy holder at Miway) COLT TDI 2.8, for a month, after backwards and forward calls to get an answer as to how far they were, the lack of service is poor, we received our bakkie in the 23-08-2013, the problems are endless, the alignment is out, the bonnets paint is chipped, the bumper doesn't align up with the fender, the insurance approve new parts and they went and used the old part because the new part doesn't fit the list is endless. Allen at Mud guard is exceptionally rude, I would like Miway to sort this out. I cannot get my head around the exceptionally poor service for a company that's been around for 44years.

I am terribly disappointed, I will never recommend KP mud guard to repairs on cars, and please if you are having a car repaired through my way please DON'T let KP Mud guard to the repair.
I would just like to know, if they reusing old parts, who then pockets the money for the parts approved from the insurance.
