Endless problems with Sanrose Autobody

Ive used other panel beaters before and had good satisfaction but with Sanrose Ive had endless problems from the start. Approval to commence work was given by insurance on 11/03/2013. The parts on my vehicles were only ordered on the 26/03/2013. There was no communication till I went in to query. Knowing that my courtesy car from insurance had to go in the 10th there was still no communication till one day before. They failed to add my name to the waiting list for their courtesy cars. Their call waiting message says courtesy cars are part of the service at Sanrose. Does not say upon availability and in fact courtest cars are never available. They failed to make notes on my damaged bumper and failed to get my car in the condition it was before the accident. They failed to spray certain parts of the bumper in the right colour. They put on a license plate holder when there was not one before the accident. They failed to plug in the holes left by putting in the license plate holder whether it came from the manufacturer like that or not, my car needed to be restored to the original condition. Staff gave attitude and did not take responsibility. Poor all round customer service. Pathetic!!
