My vehicle was booked in with Gateway Autobody on Monday 28 October for repair to boot & bumper. We also had to pay a deposit. On Friday 1 Nov we we're promised that the parts would arrive on Mon 4 Nov & the vehicle would be ready within 2 days. Today I was told that there was still a part outstanding. Their service is truly unacceptable. These people do not realize that people need to get to work and fetch kids from school! Can they not order parts first & then only take your vehicle for repair?
Gateway Autobody was selected by MiWay insurance. MiWay should choose a better service provider before sending their customers to them.
