SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE/DONT CARE ATTITUDE

So disapointed with Miway customers ervice especially when i neded thier intervention and solution. i had a car acident n decided to put in a claim. My car was stil drivable. It took miway a month and half to have my care in a auto body workshop. I was then refered to a Pabel beater in Kemptom park called Mud guard. Which if I new them I would have resfused for my car to be handled by them. on the 22 June 2013 i drove my car in thier shop. dere is no recption for client, people are in glass windows offices but they just look at you while dey could c you are lost. I left my car wit dem n ws promised dat I wil recieve an sms wit a link to aces daily report on my car repair but that never hapened even after 3 days of my car being with them. Only after a complained then it was done with no apology. The most shocking thing is that when I cal Miway they asked me to cal Mud guard. After my car was repaired I as phoned to coe colect. On colection of my car it was immobile/ could not start. They (Mud Guard) jump started my car which came as a shock, again no explanation, After I informed Miway they get defensive n i was told is my problem, There was no option for them to investigate or help
