Insurance Nightmare with MiWay

I've been a MiWay client for over three years. So, when my partner was buying a car this month, I recommended MiWay for her insurance needs. That was a huge mistake on my part - so much so, that even I am looking at other options at the moment as a result of her nasty experience. The consultants at MiWay have proven to be incompetent and unwilling to do what is required of them. They were unable to establish the correct value for her new Hyundai after three days and numerous, costly calls. Taking out an insurance policy should not be as painful an experience as it has been thus far. We've spent too many hours and too much money trying to achieve something other insurers were able to do it a matter of minutes. *This is an abridged version of an email I will send to MiWay shortly.
