Settled Loan

From the last complaint on the beginning of August 2013 still no feedback from FNB regarding the paid up letter on my settled personal loan account and also asked for settlement of my cheque account but still no word.

I only received one call from a lady who advised that she is still investigating why my personal loan account was not closed after settled as she said it is still active. Which I do not understand why it would still be active if the account was settled.
