Details Not Getting Updated

I have changed my address and phone number at the branch twice already. I got my statement last week with my old address and today im trying to do online banking and it said it sent my otp to my old number? what am i supposed to do with that? this is so irrirating having to go to the bank. when i changed my number i had to go to the branch, call ebucks and call credit card division. they assured me that my contact details have been updated correctly. all these things are wrong at the moment. now do i have to go back to the branch. call ebucks and call credit card division again??? This is so frustrating.
