On Thursday I bought something online (AS I USUALLY DO), but THIS time, Standard Bank decided it was "suspected "... So they send me an sms at 11pm telling me to phone them, to a LANDLINE. Not ONCE did they try to phone me, but they went ahead and blocked my card.
I tried phoning them no less 9 TIMES - do you think I have managed to get my situation sorted? Nope.
I keep being put on hold, or having the phone put down in my ear, and the Prestige Banking people can't help me - it HAS to be the Division.
I never had this problem with FNB, and I most certainly am considering closing my accounts.
I suggest someone calls me, and very very quickly.
