Ucount was launched in June and I signed up the next day.
It has been 2 months and still my tiering points are not updated. Branch blames the relevant departments i.e. in my case home loans and insurance for not updating and has twice promised that this will be fixed but it still remains the same. As a result, correct amount of points is not being collected.
Quite unfair that all credit card holders get the same benefits and nothing extra for those paying more per month for credit card. Thinking of downgrading my card and paying less but still enjoy what little is on offer. Surely there has to be a better, more rewarding program.
I expected more since standard bank was last to launch rewards program
