I was two minded about joining the Ucount rewards program until I had the pleasure of speaking to a gentle man by the name of Chris in the contact centre. He managed to answer all of my question and cemented the fact that I had made the right decision to join the Ucount program. It is not often in today's day that you receive such brilliant, efficient service. He was friendly, polite and made me feel like I was the only customer that he had.
