After the hammer fell we were fortunate to be the new owners, we paid the amount in full but the problem is, we still haven't occupied the property.
According to absa lawyers the previous owners are trying to rescind the sale and they are refusing to vacate the premises but absa
have taken our money and they seem not to care about our fate, we are currently in limbo.
