Got a sms and email today from a company called LD Collect saying my debit order didn't go through??
Have never heard of either companies yet they are saying I made an application on their website in MAY LAST YEAR!!!
The ID number they have is NOT MINE.
The banking details they have are NOT MINE
Yet they approved the application??? Surely this is illegal.
The only details LOAN TRACER have of mine which a put in are my phone number and email address.
I HAVE NOW BEEN TOLD THAT I HAVE TO GO TO THE POLICE TO REPORT .
YET LOAN TRACER HAVE NO IDEA WHO I AM WHAT MY ID NUMBER IS OR WHO I BANK WITH.
THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS GIVING OUT APPLICATIONS WITHOUT GETTING ANY DOCUMENTATION OR VERIFYING ANY ACCOUNTS LIKE THE BANK ACCOUNT,
TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY.
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH THAT I HAVE TO GO WASTE MY TIME BECAUSE LOAN TRACER'S APPLICATION PROCESSES ARE INCORRECT AND NOT VERIFIED AT ANY POINT.
