Today I called Virgin Insurance, to insure a vehicle and the experience made my day, left me with a smile on my face and most importantly, saved me money. I was lucky enough to have a consultant by the name of Nolwazi Taoane assist me. She greeted me when she picked up the call, I could hear her clearly when she spoke, she was friendly and very helpful and "can't" was not in her vocabulary today. When she gave me the quote and I asked for a better quote, she made it happen. She made me feel at ease, made the process plain and simple and made me feel as if I, the customer, was King. A customer cannot ask for any more. Nolwazi is a STAR! In fact, street lights do not have to be turned on, because this STAR shines so bright.
