I am extremely disappointed with how my application has been processed -Or should I say not processed! I learnt yesterday that my application was once again declined on the basis that I'm married COP even though I have provided proof that I am married ANC.The error was done by an Std Bank employee during the initial capturing in 2006-I'm still suffering the consequences. When I bought the property I wasn't even married. I have had 3 applications declined with no clear explanation. My first reference was 004513953, then 004523084 & lastly 004528836. I resorted to visiting a Branch yesterday & the lady was just as hopeless as I never received any assistance. I have been pushed from pillar to post within Std Bank: consultants advising I must remove Surety ship before applying, however I must note this takes 3months while others say NO, its takes 7-10 working days, others say I don't need to remove Surety ship before applying as this can be done together with the application, others request my Surety ships & husbands details even though they have everything on file, others advise I wont get the money as I don't have a Standard Bank account. The level of unprofessionalism is appalling. Resolve ASAP
